Combination Therapy Approach
-
A gentle, evidence-based chiropractic method for relieving back pain and spinal conditions. Experience non-invasive spinal decompression with individualized treatment plans.
-
Laser therapy involves the use of low-intensity lasers to stimulate tissue healing, reduce pain, and inflammation. This non-invasive treatment is often used to complement manual adjustments and help accelerate the recovery process for various musculoskeletal conditions.
-
Active Release Technique® (ART®) is a hands-on, soft tissue technique used to treat muscle and fascial injuries. By applying specific movements and tension, ART® aims to relieve pain, improve mobility, and address conditions such as muscle strains, overuse injuries, and scar tissue.
-
A technique that employs specialized instruments to perform deep tissue massage and release fascial restrictions. This method is used to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tightness, and improve range of motion, particularly for conditions involving soft tissue injuries and scar tissue buildup.
-
Shockwave therapy delivers high-energy acoustic waves to targeted areas of the body to promote healing and reduce pain. This non-invasive technique is commonly applied to treat musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic pain, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis.

Meet Dr. Troy
Dr. Troy McColman's love of sports and fitness led him to achieving his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2001 from Palmer College in Iowa.
While studying at Palmer, Dr. McColman suffered a soft tissue injury and found Active Release Techniques® (ART®), a large focus of his practice.
After being successfully treated with ART®, he knew that there were many therapies out there that would complement chiropractic in his clinic.
Dr. Troy found the Cox® Technic when his wife had a car accident and serious neck injury. Even after surgery she continued to suffer from pain, and numbness and tingling down her arm and into her hand. Gentle and effective, Cox® took care of her symptoms after just a few treatments, dramatically improving her quality of life.
In practice for over 22 years now, Dr. Troy is fully certified in Cox ® and ART®. These tools, along with Laser Therapy, Shockwave, Graston and Microcurrent Therapy, combine with his experience to successfully alleviate pain and get his patients moving and feeling better.
Get Better With Cox®
Introducing Cox® Technic - a gentle therapy that helps with spine-related discomforts. This treatment uses a technique called flexion-distraction, helping to decompress the spine and relieve pain caused by pressure from herniated discs.
Cox® is a non-surgical option that is supported by research and funding from respected institutions like NIH, HRSA, and the Veterans' Administration in the US.
Fully certified in Cox®, I can help with various conditions like herniated discs and sprains, empowering you to take charge of your care and improve your quality of life.
Cox® Technic has a strong track record and is recognized by medical societies as a top choice for back pain. With almost 50 years of research and data supporting it, Cox® is proven to provide fast and effective relief from spinal pain.
